Sometimes the lesson shows up during a race. Sometimes it shows up in a business idea, a conversation, a quiet moment, a challenge, a creative project, or a season where life asks me to grow in a way I didn’t expect.
This site is not about presenting one polished version of myself. It’s about creating space for the full picture.
I’ve been a marketer, a business owner, an athlete, a beginner, a strategist, a competitor, a coach, a student, and a person constantly learning how to become more honest about who I am.

I love helping brands connect ideas, stories, search, strategy, and growth. My marketing brain is always looking for patterns — what people need, what they’re searching for, what makes a message land, and how the right strategy can create momentum.
Athletics & Endurance
As an athlete, I’ve learned that every race teaches something. Running, obstacle course racing, triathlon, endurance training, and competition have all shaped the way I understand resilience, confidence, discipline, and self-trust.
Mindset & Inner Growth
I’m deeply interested in mental fitness, spirituality, alignment, personal development, and the inner work behind becoming. I don’t believe growth always has to come through suffering. Sometimes it comes through curiosity, awareness, joy, and learning to listen more closely to yourself.
Creativity & Expression
JMac’s World is also a place for creative projects, reflections, ideas, and whatever wants to be expressed next. I’m most curious about how life expresses itself through every role I’ve ever been.
Why I Created JMac’s World
For a long time, I tried to figure out how all the different parts of me fit together.
Marketing. Racing. Coaching. Writing. Business. Spiritual growth. Creativity. Personal reflections. Big ideas. Random lessons from everyday life.
Eventually, I realized they were never separate. They were all different expressions of the same life.
JMac’s World is where those pieces get to live together.
It’s part personal blog, part portfolio, part creative space, and eventually, part online shop. But more than anything, it’s a home for the stories, lessons, ideas, and experiences that don’t fit neatly into one category.
